Mara Vaca is an interior designer with a background in both design practice and academic research. She studied Interior Architecture at CENTRO in Mexico City and earned a Master’s degree in the History of Design and Curatorial Studies from Parsons School of Design in New York. Her professional experience includes working with leading firms in Mexico City—such as Savvy Studio, Habitación 116, and Studio Prieto—and in New York with McGrath NYC. Mara specializes in high-end residential projects and has a particular interest in antiques, material culture, and the use of specific pieces to build narrative within interior spaces.
